My name I Dylan Roos and I've been working with young men for the last two years in my Prince to King Mentorship. I am an accredited Integrative Nutrition Health coach and an accredited Master NLP Practitioner. 

Utilising my own experiences as a young man coupled with thousands of hours of research and reading I feel EXTREMELY confident in my ability to provide good, quality advice for young men.

I grew up in Sydney, Australia, surrounded by some of Australia's best male role models. As my father was Paul Roos I was able to watch and learn from the Sydney Swans AFL team and the many leaders at the club.

I recognise the importance of getting good healthy male role models in the lives of our young men so they grow up to be heart led men.

Just like anything else you “get” him to do. Does he want to go to the dentist? NO!? But you know better and he goes.  It’s important to note that ALL my boys are hesitant at first and resistant to doing the work.

Have faith that my process works. You may have to sit down with him, turn the computer on, get the masterclass up and ensure he just starts watching it.

... but who is he listening to then? I can assure you if its someone on social media - its a small % that its good, helpful and healthy advice.
