What is a health coach and why do i need one?
Many people don’t have intensive medical conditions but really need guidance with their health. This support doesn’t necessarily have to come from a nutritionist or registered dietitian, especially when often what people need is accountability and coaching to implement changes. Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches know how to live in a healthy manner, incorporate health foods and exercise, and help people find balance.
Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches work in an ongoing coaching plan to support client goals. While dietary nutrition is discussed, there’s a larger focus on non-food forms of nourishment like career, relationships, physical activity, and spirituality. They assess a client’s overall well-being and together come up with recommendations to help enact basic health-supportive modifications.
IIN trains graduates to earn the title of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. This title accurately conveys the professional as a supportive client ally who helps people understand how to nourish themselves holistically and coaches them toward their goals. Research continues to support the use of lifestyle change involving exercise, spiritual practice, diet, and other behaviours for conditions such as chronic stress, weight loss, migraine headaches, constipation, and arthritis, as well as many others.

Gain Dylan as a personal Health and Performance Coach, as he works with you in a 10 week program. Join him for insightful, personal and client driven 1 on 1 sessions, where you'll be given all the attention you need to help smash fitness, health, financial, mindfulness and personal goals. Using "the circle of life" tool, Dylan is able to work with you through 12 various sub-areas of your life and pinpoint what needs more attention and love and how to better juggle each one to bring you to a state of happiness. Focusing predominantly on three facets throughout the program; nutrition, fitness & mindfulness Dylan is able to cut the BS and create long lasting change in your life!
Roos Corporate Programs
For businesses looking to enact long term lasting changes for their employees. Work in 90 day increments in an ongoing coaching format. Dylan works WITH you and your employees to develop healthy habits, de-construct craving/addictions, exercise more and develop a strong and focused mind.
So much in today's business world is about the bottom line, we often forget the most valuable aspect of our business; our employees! They come in day in day out putting in the man hours for the business to run as smooth as possible, however what happens when we -don't know how to look after ourselves. There is so much mis-information regarding the health and well-being field that people in all walks of life find it too hard, too confusing and too expensive to live healthy. When we sacrifice our health we not only damage our bodies but we slowly lose the ability to work at our highest potential! He is able to give personalised Health & nutrition advice and programs to help create sustained change which will in turn make for happier, healthier and more productive employees within your workforce. Being able to work with you over 90 days gives Dylan the ability to understand each client, then work WITH them in order to get the best results, whilst helping to keep them accountable along the way.
