I’m Dylan Roos...

For a long time, I knew I was capable of more… but I wasn’t living it.

No real structure.
Inconsistent habits.
Breaking promises to myself.

I’d have moments where I’d step up…
then fall straight back into the same patterns.

That cycle of self-sabotage went on for years.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked through that.

Not by guessing…
but through trial, failure, rebuilding, and doing the work properly.

Especially over the last few years  rebuilding my life from the ground up,
navigating a separation, and being forced to develop real masculine traits, not just talk about it.

At the same time, I’ve coached over 250 young men through this exact process.
